An ECEAP Assistant Teacher demonstrates competency to implement program activities under the direction of a Lead Teacher. Must meet one of the following qualifications:
- must be employed in the same agency before July 1, 1999 or
- obtain 12 college quarter credits in ECE or
- obtain a WA State Initial Certificate or higher or
- obtain a current Child Development Associates (CDA) credential
